Ok so setting up my new Fitbit versa lite and for some reason its getting stuck on a firmware update! Tried all the normal troubleshooting tricks, restarting my phone etc still to help, went on live chat and got through to an advisor who suggested I used a laptop with updated version of windows 10, I don't have this but chat went off before my issue was resolved so I'm currently sitting with a £140 Fitbit watch that I can't use.....help.
