So, started about a month ago had problems of not getting notifications on versa. Went through checked all the settings resent test notification got that working again. Then started getting notifications delayed like my phone would ding but the notification wouldn't pop up on Versa for like 5 minutes after. Around this time also noticed that the clock was delayed as well and loosing more time. Went through checked all the sync settings and verified they were set right. Note I hadn't changed any settings the whole time. Everything was just getting delayed with syncing. Read an article about clearing the bluetooth cache to fix some Bluetooth problems. Tried that now versa and phone dont seem to communicate at all. Bluetooth still works with other devices I have. So figured I'd try doing a full on start from fresh reset. Deleted the fitbit app on phone and factory reset Versa, and made Bluetooth forget everything fitbit as well. Went back to reinstall app and relink up with Versa and now the two can't find one another. I keep getting is the Versa on and in its Cradle which it is and sitting like 6 inches away. Tried restarting phone, versa, Bluetooth on and off and still not getting them to pair up to reset up my versa. Any other suggestions or am I just going to have to look for a new watch?

The troubleshooting guide reads exactly as I've already done. Even as pointed out in my post. This isn't the first time I've set up a fitbit. So I've gone thru the steps before as well. I've even tried something different letting the watch run completely dead and then trying again. I've still had no luck.

So here it is over 2 weeks later no response or further help? Don't like wasting my money on products, especially with no support, will be looking for a new smart watch option at this point.
