The Versa is paired to my phone, an -up-to-date LG V30+. I have no other Bluetooth issues other than with the Versa.
The watch (Christmas 2018 gift) worked fine for a month or so. Syncing was flawless and every notification I chose was displayed simultaneously with my phone.
Then the notifications stopped, and I can't get it to sync. Once a week I get lucky with the syncing part. Tried restarting the phone and watch NUMEROUS times in parallel. Tried resetting all Bluetooth connections. Tried "forgetting" watch in Fitbit app (it reconnected but didn't sync after the initial setup). Tried manually turning Bluetooth off and on.
This is my first smartwatch and the experience I've had has been abysmal. From the forums here and elsewhere it looks like this is a common issue, so I'm thinking it's a Versa malfunction. Is Fitbit working on a software update solution or...?
I'd like to think the mods here are reading these and working to ouah an update to fix the issue...if possible.

UPDATE
I decided to download the Fitbit app for Windows 10 and try syncing there. It worked perfectly the first try. Is there an issue with the iOS/Android app? I know most people use their phones to sync their device, but if you have a Windows 10 device of some sort try it there, too.
Not saying my issue is fixed. I shouldn't have to find a workaround like this for a developed product from a developed company.

Same with my new LG G7. I can't get it to sync. I'm about done with this watch. I've had it for over a year and it never could keep a Bluetooth connection. I really miss my Pebble watch.
