I know this has been going on but my wife and I both have the same model phone and versa. She had a week disruption. I have had two months. I get phone call and Snapchat notifications but not messages. Yes I have done everything they say to do and the messages are turned on. I just chatted with Santiago robot and he was less than helpful. I don’t know what to do now. I like the versa but I need my phone on silent while I’m at work. Any suggestions?

Regarding the notification issues that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing, our team is actively working on a fix and expect to have a solution released soon. Please check out Matthew's post where he shares more information about this issue and some tips that you can try in the meantime.
