Replacement Versa will not connect...

The app states it " found device" however it won't connect.

@gottaluvstace, I'm sorry for the late response. However, it's great to see you in our Fitbit forums.

 

Regarding the connection issues that your Versa is experiencing with your phone, I would like to know what is the brand and model of your phone. In the meantime, make sure that you are following the setup process as described in this help article. Also, make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed.
