I have had my Versa for a year and 3 months and up until 2 days ago it was awesome. Suddenly out of nowhere I go to look at the time and it is dead. So dead that it takes a minute in the charger before it will even show 0% charge. I have not changed any settings. I had not even changed the face before this started happening.
Laat at night I charged it to 100%. In less than 12 hours, it is down to 16% and falling. It went from 36% to 18% in an hour and 8 minutes.
This is exactly why I got rid of my Apple Watch-because it had to be charged every 8-12 hours.
I have tried restarting the watch. I have turned off virtually everything other than syncing. This is a pretty crummy thing if it just lasts until it’s out of warranty, then dies. I thought FitBit was better than that. Please tell me something can be done.

I'm having similar issues, but have only had mine since February. I'm lucky if the battery lasts 6 hours now. Even just sitting at my desk doing nothing but work today, I'm down to 55% battery when it was fully charged at 8 am. Pisses me off to no end. I'm going to try to contact customer service and would suggest you do the same.

I have the same issue. The battery dies very quickly. It won’t even charge to 100% when it’s been on the charger a whole day! I’ve tried all the troubleshooting options I could find online an it’s not any better. Someone help us please

I called customer service and they had me do a battery drain test, which they can monitor from their end. It was determined that mine was indeed not functioning correctly and a new unit is being sent to me (should arrive today) at no cost. Mine is still under warranty, however, so if you have one more than a year old, you may be out of luck.

I’ve been working with support via email and they’ve had me try a couple of charge/discharge steps. Not sure what other options I might have.

Same problem here. They have no solution. Battery cannot be replaced. They will tell
you to buy a new one. Sad and wasteful. Just went through this and I’m not sure what I’m going to do.
