Versa won't keep correct time.

I've turned Versa off/on multiple times, reset Country, did "set up Versa" multiple times. Rarely, Versa will find the correct time but this is short-lived before time changes again. How can I set correct time & have it stay?

@chehol, welcome to to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't keep the correct time. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, make sure that the device you sync your Versa with, has the correct time as well since your watch adopt the time of your mobile device.

 

Is your Fitbit watch syncing properly and constantly?

Hi, thank you for your advice. I’ve tried syncing it with both my IPhone &
my Macbook Air. They are both updated regularly. The couple of times the
fitbit did find the correct time it always lost it again when I plugged it
in to charge it.

It seems to turn off & restart correctly. I’ll keep syncing it & working at
it. I’ll keep you posted.

I've tried everything I could think of and everything I've read here. Nothing works! Anyone want to buy a cheap Fitbit???
