Versa will not preview selected clock faces. Had update where supposedly I can have 4 additional stores click faces, but anything I select will not open... just spins and "thinks about it" I guess! Have turned both the phone and the watch and the Bluetooth off and back on... but still won't work. Not long ago it had quit tracking sleep and heart rate also (I did get that resolved), this device is really pissing me off lately.. pretty disappointing!!😞

Hi there @JScholtz, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is not loading your clock faces, I totally understand why you're feeling disappointed as you've also had other issues with your watch. Thanks for the details provided in your post and for already trying to solve the issue prior to contacting us, I'll be glad to continue assisting you.

To solve the issue with the clock faces, please try the steps below:

  1. Make sure Fitbit app  and Versa version are up-to-date.
  2. Restart your Versa again.
  3. Switch to another clock than the one you want to switch to using the clocks app, as well as in the gallery choose the same clock face. Once syncs complete, it should get past the switching state.
  4. Restart the Fitbit mobile app: Force close Fitbit app & relaunch the app.
  5. Restart Bluetooth again.
  6. Trigger a regular sync.
