My Fibit Versa stopped syncing so I reset it to factory and now it doesn't turn on. I've tried everything I read in the forums, pressing 3 buttons, 2 buttons, putting on charger, etc. Has anyone else had this problem and resolved it?

Hi, I cannot restart my Fitbit. I've tried holding down 3 buttons, 2 buttons, leaving on charger. Nothing happens.

I'm sorry to know that you're still experiencing difficulties with your Fitbit Versa. Can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are still flashing? Does your device vibrate when you start charging it?
