Versa won’t pair

I removed my Versa in an attempt to remedy the step sync issue (which I later saw is on going), however now it will not reconnect to the app. It finds the device, then gets stuck on “connecting to tracker”. I have restarted both my phone and Versa, have turned my Bluetooth on and off and still it won’t get past this step.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. I would like to know if you keep having issues pairing your Versa? If you do, I recommend taking a look at the help article How do I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provide there.
