Versa won't pair...

For the last three days my versa won't pair with ANY devices (all of which it's paired with before). I've tried three phones and my laptop, nothing worked. I've tried everything...I've restarted all devices and the versa. I've turned off my wifi, turned bluetooth off and on. I've unpaired any other bluetooth devices. I kept the versa and the devices I was trying to pair with on chargers. I've shut everything down completely and turned them back on. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I deleted the versa from the app and tried to set it up again. After almost two hours I managed to get it to pair with my phone the first day it stopped working but hours later it stopped working again. I had been trying to get it to work so long at that point I don't even know what I did to get it to work. Oh and this is my replacement by the way. My original versa crapped out on me after six months. The screen went black and never turned back on. It was still tracking everything but the screen was dead. I've had this replacement maybe two or three months. I'm just about over this watch. There have been nothing but issues with it from the beginning. It won't connect to any wifi no matter how close to the router I am. Pandora doesnt work on it and I can't connect my bluetooth head phones to it. Hopefully some one will provide some useful feedback on how to resolve the issue. I want to reiterate, all the devices that I was trying to pair it with have been paired with it before, so it's not a compatibility issue.

Updating: Chatted with customer support and conveniently got it to pair while working with them (repeating some of the same troubleshooting tips I had been doing for two days). 30 minutes or so later after finally getting it to connect to wifi,  for the first time since owning a versa, I figured I would give it a shot to get pandora set up (was never able to get it to work). As soon as I put it on the charging cradle it once again would no longer pair. Started chatting with them again and they had me do a factory reset. Well now its stuck on the "download the Fitbit app" screen. Still won't pair even after following the same steps taken when we got it to "work". I haven't heard back from them yet via email as to whether or not they will be replacing it or not. Probably about to start a new chat with them and see if I can get answers. Best buy said the trade in value for it was $30-38, may just see if I can find someone to trade with on Facebook market for a samsung watch. Or just sell it...that's if they won't send a new one.

Updating my update: if anyone is still reading this thread. I got done talking to customer support a little while ago. They will not be sending me a replacement because I was upfront and asked them if there will continue to be issues due to my phone not being compatible, which I wasnt aware of until I chatted with someone the second time (guess I should have kept that to myself...) They suggested getting a device that WAS compatible. So I will have to sell it and get something else when funds allow it. I will no longer purchase anything from Fitbit. Good luck everyone, hope everyone else gets their problems resolved.

I’m having the exact same issues. I have done the exact same things as you without any luck. I talked to tech support and they told me because my phone wasn’t on the list of compatible phones. That’s why it doesn’t work. I asked why has my Fitbit worked just fine the last 10 months and I’m using the same phone. They couldn’t answer me on that. I was told to try a different device I also did that too with no luck. I’m trying to call tech support again.

I'm sorry you're having to go through the same crap. Turns out that one I currently have is actually broken. I sold it to someone on Facebook market who had a compatible phone and it still didn't work, so I gave them their money back. I'm not even going to try and get it replaced for a second time. Even if I did I would just sell it. I just hate that I threw money away buying it. I should have just bought a samsung watch instead of this garbage. It would be my luck they update the compatibility list once I buy a new one. Good luck though. I hope things work out for you.
