Versa's blank screen

My fitibit updated the other day then screen started turning on and off randomly. Said battery was dead when it wasnt so i charged it now it wont respond to anything. Held left and bottom right buttons, held all 3 buttons, put back on charger, still no response.

@Ses75, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen went blank and won't turn on. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I would like to know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

It does not vibrate when i put it on charger. I factory reset the watch
yesterday so the clock is whatever the default is. When it's on the charger
it turns on and off over and over.

I am experiencing the exact same problems. Blank screen, no vibration when placed on the charging station, tried restarting. Nothing has worked.

I have the same problem. Screen went blank. Tried everything for two weeks to get it to come back on. Today, it decided that it would not sync to my phone. Contacted customer service today. Since it is a replacement for one that had a bad battery, Fitbit will not replace it.
