I've had my Versa for a few months now. I charged it yesterday, but when I woke up this morning it was dead. I charged it again before I went to work, but the time was off and it would not sync. I tried deleting device and adding it again throughout the day. That didn't work either. Next I tried a factory reset but the watch still couldn't be discovered. The power also drained very quickly throughout the process. Now it doesn't power on or charge, is there anything I can do?

I'm having a similar issue. I was able to try and do a factory reset but it kept telling me it didn't work. I added a new device on my app and did a firmware update. I also uninstalled the app and then installed it again. Now, fully charged, it comes on while on the charger and a test call notification works. As soon as I take it off the charger it is back to being unresponsive. I've tried the two and three button reset options for several minutes without any luck. Is yours responsive on the charger?
