Hi there,
My Versa has been very slow at syncing recently and today it didn’t synch yesterday’s steps anywhere close to accurately. On the synch I had 136 steps yesterday, but I know I had at least 7091 steps.
Very frustrating.
Thanks, Stacey

Hi there, @SmithKidd. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thank for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Versa. I understand where your concern is coming from.
Did you not sync your Versa for the past few days prior the yesterday's synchronization? If so, please note what happened to you is an expected behavior. You should have logged in to sync the tracker before you began wearing it.
If you remember the exact amount of steps or the name of the activity you performed, you can try manually logging the activity. To get more information about this, see How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?
If you continue having syncing difficulties, please try removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:
*On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.
Sync your Versa automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.
If the issue persists, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
