Versa won't provide GPS data and map

What happened to the GPS map tracker? it no longer shows prints a running map.

Hi @Jilljonline, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it didn't provide GPS data.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how the GPS feature works on your Fitbit Versa. It also contains some troubleshooting steps for you to try at the bottom of the page.

 

Finally, monitor your running activity and see if the issue gets fixed.
