Versa won't provide GPS maps and data properly

My Versa recorded my runs with a map, this worked ok and the last run was Sunday with no issues. However when I went on Thursday the map is a short line and nowhere near reflects my route. What went wrong. No my maps show a spinning symbol and wont open?

Hi @Acer7, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'd liek to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't provide your maps and GPS data properly.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how the GPS feature works on your Fitbit device and it also contains some troubleshooting steps for you to try.

 

Finally,monitor your watch during the next workouts and see if it provides GPS data properly.
