Can someone please help. I have purchased a versa about 2 months ago and all seemed ok until about a month ago when I stopped receiving notifications. My android app kept saying it needed the phone to restart. I would do this but say after about 20 minutes of working it with then say again I need a phone restart?? I have since tried a restart of my versa loved in and out of Bluetooth, a complete reset of the device uninstalled the app, but again I have the same thing after about 10 mins same error?? I am now getting very frustrated and disappointed with my Fitbit no idea what to try next!! Please can someone advise me. Thank you

@SjllWiz it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I appreciate the time spent trying the troubleshooting steps before contacting our forums.
Regarding the notifications issue that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing, I'd like to follow up and would like to know what is the brand and model of your Android.
In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article, contains some steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After trying these steps, monitor the notifications and see if the issue gets fixed.

Two more people are having the same issues (myself and another person, posted on another thread, plus now my husband) with not being able to get notifications on the Versa. The message is that the phone requires a restart. Restarting does not fix it, the message remains.
It's not device specific:
My phone is Note 10+
My husband's is Note 8
Don't know the other device.
These threads need to be amalgamated.
And the team needs to see about a fix as it seems to be since the new app design implementation.
I tried all the trouble shooting steps.

Do you happen to have Galaxy Buds?
I am still receiving phone call notification on the Versa. But nothing else. But I have recently paired Galaxy Buds to my phone. I wonder if there is a connection.
