Hi
I have a Versa bought middle of July this year. For the last 3 weeks it doesn't receive notifications. Contacted support a number of times. They are telling me it is ongoing and I should wait for solution. I can't take it back to the store I bought it from and I can't use it because it doesn't work as it should be. What other options I have if any?

It's been so many weeks now and I bought the versa because of notifications. I need a watch which does that. And I don't understand how it is not possible? It is like I bought a completely different item what has been described because it doesn't work. And I don't understand how that is possible that it comes back for a couple of hrs every other week and there is still no solution.
