It has been since October since I have gotten notifications on my Versa. I have done everything necessary to try to get them working again but I have not been able to get them to work. I have called customer service and they stated that they have no idea when this is issue will be resolved and basically told me I have to deal with it. I am extremely disappointed in this as I love my versa, but now that I cannot use it for its intended purposes. I will no longer purchase a Fitbit device and I will be getting rid of the current one I have.

I too have experienced the same problem since October. I like you have tried everything suggested by people on the forum. I had thought about upgrading to a versa 2 but will probably go to the Samson Active 2.

Not to be a smart **ahem** but it seems all customers with iPhones and the new update are not working so I find that question a bit ridiculous. I have an iPhone with the newest update.

Sorry but it is possible to have this issue with any phone.
Your use of the word "all" is a little misleading, especially when the boards are sprinkled with posts on how with the help of support they where talked through the fix.

Actually everyone I know has the issue, so In my direct connections it is all, plus the hundreds of posts about notifications. so do you have answers for the issue or are you just going to heckle at me?
