Versa won't receive notifications

My Versa says it synced and I can receive the test call notification, but I don't receive any other notifications like text. I've tried the troubleshooting steps and I use a galaxy s10.

Regarding the notifications issue that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

Mine is the same. I do receive email and fb messenger notifications, but not text mssgs or alerts to phone calls.

Mine is doing it too i have tried everything i even bought a new versa 2 & still not getting my text messages.

None of the troubleshooting solutions work, and if they do manage to reconnect the Fitbit it is only temporary. Frankly I am about ready to return my device and find another platform. I don't know how or why it had started malfunctioning because it was working great in the beginning.

Yep, I'm about ready to head for galaxy land. Maybe they'll be more reliable. Something that costs $100+ should last more than a year.

This has happened to me after the last firmware and phone software update, they seemed to happen simultaneously. I have a Versa and a Samsung Note 10 software version N970USQSBSLA Janurary 7th. I can receive Google Hangouts as an app Notification but I cannot receive Text Messages as my default message notification OR app Notification. I have tried all the troubleshooting and then some. I DID do a Factory reset last week because I got so frustrated. I'm thinking it's the same issue that the iOS users are having.. maybe? I hope they fix it, if not I'm ready to go over to Samsung.

The Charge 3 worked better.But issues with notifications on both Charge 3 & versa 2. If I wanted the same issues I would of saved my $
