Hi all,
I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, resyncing, turning off notifications checked, restarting and turning them back on. Also, I made sure my Do Not Disturb and Sleep Mode are off. Any hacks you all might have to help? I am about to give up...

I would like to know what is the brand and model of your phone.
In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
