Why won’t text messages come through on my Versa after the latest Apple update? I’ve looked every place that I know of, and it still won’t work. I get phone calls, just not texts. Is this an issue with the update or is something not switched on? I never had this problem before.

Apple changed something and did not provide a notification of the changes.

@CJCOOK welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not receiving text messages even though you've tried to fix this issue before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your Versa and see if the issue gets fixed.

literally just tried this tonight and step 3 on all the advice that’s been posted is critical, as soon as I made sure my iphone had the latest update (there was one sitting there waiting to update and I hadn’t realised) I went into settings on iPhone tapped notifications and right at the top there’s a toggle that says show previews, never noticed it before, toggled it to always and all my notifications started coming through....hope this helps

I checked that already, didn’t make a difference.
