Since the iOS update, I haven’t been able to get texts. I have gone through the trouble shooting on the website but it still won’t connect. Any other suggestions?

If your referring to iOS 13 then this issue is most likely on the phone and not the tracker. For help I suggest following the link found in the pink banner above.

@MollyF, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the text notifications that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing, I appreciate the troubleshooting steps that you tried before contacting our forums.
@Rich_Laue mentioned important information about this. Please refer to Matt's post which provides more information about this issue and he also shared some tips that you can try in order to fix this issue in the meantime.
