Versa won't respond to anything

Hello,

I’ve searched the forums and seems I’m not alone in some of this. I’ve tried a few things and wondering if there is anything left to try.

I’ve switched on my Fitbit Versa for the first time in a few months. The time was wrong (obviously) because it needed syncing. Wouldn’t sync. Restarted it. Wouldn’t sync. Then noticed the time wasn’t moving. In over an hour, it only moved on about 6 minutes. The display was now juddering and freezing, taking ages to respond to my touch. Uninstalled Versa from my app and then attempted to re-pair it.

At this point, I deleted the app and then did a full factory reset on it. Reinstalled the app, tried to re-pair the Versa to start the set up again. Nothing. I now have a Versa that won’t even get past the set up screen. It’s still juddering, still freezing and taking ages to respond to touch.

Any ideas? It’s so frustrating!

Thanks. I’ve been through everything via support on Twitter, and now have a support case through email. Unfortunately, they’re advising me to do all the things I’ve already been through with Twitter, like suggesting I try to re-pair it… even though I’ve done all that upwards of 20 times - even though I can’t get past the set up screen and it’s SO delayed that the screen doesn’t even light up for over 30s after pressing a button 😫 so haven’t got very far yet, but hopefully will be resolved soon.

Thanks for your response 🙂
