I’ve run into an issue where I setup my Fitbit Versa on a new phone and it wasn’t syncing correctly. Time was off, none of health activity was updating. I did a shutdown and it sync the time but nothing else was working. Also it took me many attempts to start the Versa. The next step I took was to do a factory reset, but the screen has been dark since. I tried holding down the left and bottom right 20ish times. I then also tried holding down all three buttons another tenish or more times. It is basically a black brick right now. How can I get this resolved?

It is, but I’m not having a phone support issue. I’m have a Fitbit won’t start issue with my Versa since doing a factory reset. Prior to the reset it was working fine except when adding it to a new phone. A reset shouldn’t brick the device.

I am having same problem. Was on charge and I went into hospital. Came home 8 days later says it is 75% charged but can’t get it to turn on. Help
