Hi my Fitbit versa just suddenly stopped working on the display ,the green light on the back is flashing and tracking and on the app it shows full battery and still syncs but none of the buttons work and the display is dead black . I've tried holding the three buttons for 12 seconds multiple times that does nothing , the watch is just under a year old so I'm wondering if I take it back if I get a replacement or if there is a way to troubleshoot the problem
Yesterday mine did the same thing. I can't power it off, hard reset and even when I put it on the charger, it won't even display the battery level or that it is charging.
