Hi,

I recently did my Versa firmware update. The update was successful but then after my Versa has been updated I am facing lot of issues.

1. My Versa does not start using the left button, I have to press the left button along with the right bottom button is there a change in the setting with the new update

2. When I charge my Versa to 100% it drains drastically to 50% in 8 hours which was around 2-3 days before I upgraded the firware

Please help what to do in these cases. The battery problem is troublesome and its just 6 months since I have purchased my Versa.

@Presi007, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa doesn't start and the battery stated to drain fast. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if your watch starts properly.

Regarding the battery draining issue, please try the tips that are listed in this help article in order to improve the battery life of your watch. Finally, monitor your Versa and see if the issues get fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

Nothing works as of now.

Also regarding the starting issue - Shall I always press the left button together with the right bottom button ?.
