Versa won't start

I bought the watch last March and it was working fine until last night when it suddenly stopped. I tried leaving it on cradle overnight and it won't start. Can someone help?

Hi @vivekprasanna  Try restarting it several times. If that doesnt fix it please co,e back here.

Tried it. But it won't start. I felt it heating up a lot last night before it went out.

I’m having this same issue with my Versa. Nothing was appearing on the screen and when I attempted restart it, nothing happened and nothing appeared on the screen. I left it plugged into the charging cradle, but still nothing appeared on screen.

@vivekprasanna, I'm sorry that your Versa is having this behavior, and thanks for the steps that you've tried to get it working. I've gone ahead and requested a case on your behalf so you can receive further assistance. You should be getting a reply soon.

 

@NicElise, thanks for letting me know that your Versa has this behavior. You did a good job with the troubleshooting steps! I've checked with our Support Team and apparently they already took your case under their wings. They'll keep working with you via email.
