Versa won't start

my versa was on charge last night. It's alarm went off at 7.30 am this morning. I turned it off and put the versa on, now it's just black screen. Thought maybe it didn't charge so I put it back on to charge, changed the port, could feel it warm, so guessed it was charging. My app says it's 100% charged but no activity for 5 hrs. Tried the restart for 10 seconds plus several times but nothing. No activity at all. It's not quite 2 yrs old. Any advice please

Hi @Veronicasews if your tracker is exec excessively warm while charging. I've never felt any heat while charging, I would contact Fitbit. 

The fitbit is only telling you the state of charge at the time of the last sync.
