I have gone through all the troubleshooting tips multiple times! It will work for a short while and then stop again!! I found a thread from last year on this issue and apparently it has not been resolved! Anyone have any new ideas other than returning it? I've had it 1 week and I'm ready to put my charge2 with the cracked face back on because other than some cracks it had no issues! I've restarted both the versa and the iPhone, I've removed all my other bluetooth devices, it will partially sync - my steps and stairs are there. I get my text messages and Ring notifications. But not my sleep or the weather etc. And it won't sync to the WW app either. No point in having spent this extra money if the extra features won't work!
Update: the only thing I hadn’t done was stand right next to the router for WiFi. I did that early this morning while no one else was up and using WiFi devices - i watched the sync line get about halfway across the phone and then quit. I ordered a WiFi repeater last night and if that doesn’t help when it gets here tomorrow this f-ing thing is going back and I’m buying an Apple.

@laura1723 let's start with the easiest WW does not connect to your Versa but to your fitbit account, the best we can say is to revoke access to WW then reconnect. Off typhoid doesn't work then yippy will med to track it to WW. Be aware that if your data isn't syncing

Thanks for your thoughts. but since fitbit says my last sync was Friday at 8:19 am, WW is the least of my problems. Apparently the bluetooth syncs that pick up the basics aren't enough for anything else.I have narrowed it down to the differences between what syncs with bluetooth and needing a full wifi sync for everything to work. The issue is definitely with Versa's ability to stay connected to bluetooth or wifi. It sucks. If I can get Versa to sync properly on wifi and then there's still a WW problem I'll deal with that then. Playing with the bluetooth on/off helps the bluetooth sync, and while considerably annoying is easy enough.

Your Bra does not stay connected to wifi and does not use wifi to sync. Your phone may or may not use wifi to connect up to the internet, nor this is a phone setting that had nothing to do with fitbit.
As for syncing the app does not need your tracker as a trusted bluetooth device on order to sync.
Add for being connected or not connected this should only affect notifications and the connected GPS.
Thank you for explaining what was meant by "it won't work" which have no clue as what wasn't working.
As mentioned above, since in an android user lets look at some of the solved threads
