I was given a Fitbit versa at Christmas which we set up and linked to the app on my new Huawei. It all went fine tracked steps, sleep etc and put info onto the app then it stopped syncing. Having trawled through countless posts and suggestions we have tried. Restarting Bluetooth, phone, fitbit. Reconnecting Bluetooth and Fitbit. Uninstalling the app and reinstalling. If we uninstall the Fitbit app and reconnect on Bluetooth the versa will sync. I did so last night and set it up this am. However it will unsync and then not resync again. So 2hrs later my versa will no longer connect to the Fitbit app. We have done this multiple times inithe last month with the same results. Then versa then stops tracking my sleep as well. I have tried adjusting placement on my wrist too. So basically I have a very expensive pedometer!! Please help.
Thanks

There seem to be lots of problems with Huawei phones. Which one do you have? Is it on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices ?
If it's a "lite" model then there is a specific problem. Fitbit say:
"Due to Bluetooth issues that prevent certain devices, like Fitbit devices, from syncing, our products aren't compatible with the following phones:

You seem to be trying the most likely fixes when you have problems. The only one I didn't notice is to "forget" the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings. This has worked for me more than once.

Thank you, I shall check the model and try the forget in bluetooth.
