Hi,
My Fitbit is 4 months old .got it as gift from by brother who bought it in best buy us .
I live in India. For last 1 week I tried all the troubleshooting and nothing works. Everything has failed and those lines doesn't go off .
The green line only continues to increase after every troubleshooting. I went thought warranty and it says I have year long replacement warranty. I informed the support but they refuse to change it.
This is not a friendly solutions by Fitbit for such a new device. Device which is even cheaper than this offer replacement. While mine is so well inside the warranty period I have not been offered for replacement without any valid reason.
I demand a proper reason and I demand a replacement .

Only the Support team can replace your device so you will need to ask them why they aren't issuing a replacement. You can also let them know that it was purchased in the US. You can check the warranty here.

Thanks for the response. Finally, they did apologize and decided to replace. Getting it in a few days.
