I've only had my Versa for a few weeks but it has stopped scrolling, so I can't check my stats while on the move unless I use my phone. Any suggestions please?

I'm also having issues swiping over the last few weeks. I can tap on the screen and the clock face appears but no swiping in any direction is working at all, at any time.
I have done 3 soft resets this morning with no luck, my watch is out of warranty.
Very frustrated.
Best AnswerI have rebooted 5 times and still cannot swipe either side to side or from the top down. Stil tracks steps and communicates on and off with my phone. I have also deleted and reloaded the app when communication/Bluetooth connection fails. Help, please.
Best Answerthanks!! this is the only thing that was worked for me, how ridiculous!! sadly my tile is already a replacement so I don't think they will replace it again.
To be honest all of my fitbits have had to be replaced at some point and I've been using since the original 'one'. I can't believe the failure rate. It's now cheaper to go buy a $1000 watch for 10 years and not use the smart functions 😞
Best AnswerJust did the new software update but the swipe is STILL not working.
Please fix this Fitbit!!
found the temporary fix, turn off the quick view button--
account
versa
quick view "under exercise short cuts"
it won't wake anymore you can either double tap to see the time or click the back button and time will appear, use full finger pad to swipe not tip.
worked for me - for a little while anyway....... still waiting on the reply but the person who originally posted this temp fix is waiting on a new one to arrive. Only occurs after the new software!! so annoying!!
Doesn’t work for me 😞 tap works to show the clock face but still unable to swipe in any direction.
I’m having exactly the same issue.
I’ve restarted my watch 20+ times and it still keeps dropping out.
This watch is going back - it’s useless!!!
Best AnswerI changed my screen from auto to manual. It's been perfect ever since. The battery lasts way longer too! I used to have to charge my versa 2 every day, I've only charged it once this week and it was at 62% when I put it on the charger!
My issue is that my Versa 2 won’t swipe. I can not swipe to get to the settings menu to turn off the Fitbit to restart it. Any suggestIons?

Sadly didn't work - any other suggestions?
How do you change the screen from auto to manual?

Best AnswerI've tried this several times in the last few days. Restarting may or may not help for a brief period of time. The inability to swipe started with my inability to get the Fitbit off of sleep mode and then got worse from there. Right now, my Fitbit is only good for the front screen as I very rarely can get it to swipe in any direction. I'm about to stop using it altogether. I just restarted it 3 times and have gotten nowhere. Is this something the Versa 2 is prone to?
