Versa won't switch on

I turned my Fitbit off and now it won't switch on without using the restart function (pressing the back and bottom but together and holding).  Any help would be much appreciated as I'm worried I'll restart it one day and it will have reset everything.

Hi @CarolynC-T, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa wouldn't switch on. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
