I have aVeraa that I got for Christmas 2019. I have not received any of the new updated firmwares and now the phone will not sync any of my phone stuff like emails, msgs, etc.
Any ideas?

Hi @SunsetRunner, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the firmware updates and notifications issues that your Fitbit Versa has experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat and email.
In case the issues persist, please contact them with the reference number they provided and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
