I had a major race today and my watch didn’t sync to my phone and it didn’t show my heart rate on the watch.
And it still won’t sync. I just ordered my Apple Watch. Customer Service won’t help and this update started all these problems.

@Lildee4567 I'm sorry for the late response. I'm also sorry about the syncing issue that you experienced with your Fitbit Versa. I totally understand how frustrating this is for you and I appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.
