Versa battery draining fast feedback

I am so disappointed with a recent result from CS.  I had a diagnosis of my Versa, it had been draining after 5hrs of use.  I was told, it’s past 365 days so nothing we can do. But here is 25% off the purchase of another Fitbit!! I love the look and functions but why would I? It’s only 15 months old, and I had my first one replaced after 2 months as the original died. Maybe that was a sign.  It was a big investment of $260 only to be told, sport, nothing we can do we can’t replace the battery.  I’ve had a Garmin and still have it, still works after 10 yrs, but I wanted something more sleek to wear to work.  Truly disappointed Fitbit. I know they have had issues for many years and perhaps I should have listened.

@Tracey75, thank you for participating in our Fitbit forums. By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. I'm also sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is no longer under the warranty period.
