I’m getting all other notifications including calls. I went through donuts reset, I searched through the posts and did the resets, syncs, factory reset my phone.. nothing. I get call notifications but not text!

I'd like you to check out and try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor the text notifications and see if the issue gets resolved.
