Mine is doing the same thing. It's also not holding battery life as it used to before the update

Ive been having this problem for the last two months. The time is lagging behind. I have factory reset it multiple times to try to fix it, but it didnt.

Same thing happening to my Versa Lite. Started 2 weeks ago after I loaded a Fitbit update. It started to lose time and took forever to sync. As of yesterday it won’t sync at all.

My fitbit versa lite is doing the same. Started 3 days ago ... losing time and then I realised it wasn't synching. I have disconnected and relinked to my phone but no improvement... very frustrating as it is not quite a year old. No.problems up until now. Alice from NZ

I have had this problem for the past few days as well. I've restarted my phone (galaxy S10), restarted the watch (fitbit versa lite), removed the device and added it again in the fitbit app, I've charged the watch (battery is draining in 2-3 days vs. the previous 3.5-4 days), charged my phone, cleared all other Bluetooth devices from my phone's memory, etc. I'm still having issues with connectivity. I work in healthcare, so accurate timekeeping on my watch is vital. I'm VERY frustrated with this! Not sure if it has something to do with the most recent updat or what. But it makes me want to find another watch. This one isn't even a year old yet, I shouldn't be having these kinds of issues.

I contacted Fitbit chat again today for about the 4th or 5th time and have been told to return and they will replace it. As they have tried everything possible to fix the problems.
