My versa stopped syncing to my phone. I’ve tried to reset it and nothing. Any fixes on this? I noticed it wasn’t connected to WiFi anymore but it won’t even locate one? Not sure if it’s jist my phone? iPhone 8 iOS 11.4
Best AnswerHi, sorry i don"t have any advice but i just wanted to say that my Versa wont Sync either, i did a factory restore and now i cant even connect my fitbit to my phone i'm not sure whats going on, I'm hoping someone can help us 🙂

I'd like you to try restore your tracker by doing the following: On your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. After this, sync your Versa and see if the issue gets resolved.
