Versa won't sync anymore

My fitbit will not sync how can i get it to work

Hi @angelhirsch1965 - this is an issue with the new Fitbit App, first try holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start. Then try sync.

You may also need to restart the phone or even logout and restart the phone and sync.

If you have a Versa (the first version), I have the same, and I've had the same problem.  Discovered it was the watch face I was using that caused the problem.  I went into setting on the Versa and change the watch face to the default and then restarted the Versa.  That fixed the issue.
