@Di-Miles - it is weird the face continues to load which will block others.

Try removing the watch from the app, remove it's Bluetooth entries from the phone, logout of the app, swipe off the active window clear the cache, force stop it and restart the phone.

Factory reset the watch then login and add it new to the account.

Hi @Di-Miles - in the Fitbit App you can't remove the active clock face, switch to another clock face then you will be able to remove it.

Hi Guy, thanks for your response but that & nothing else I've tried works,
I'm about to throw this bloody watch in the bin 😩 I've done a factory
re-set, turned it off & on a dozen times, signed out & in. It's still
stuck on the Bitmoji face with the spinning ball. It's connected to
snapchat & it just will not load properly. I've saved 5 more faces but they
won't save because this one is still loading - for the past week 🤨

Thanks, @Di-Miles - it seems the factory reset hasn't worked and may not even be necessary.

First try swipe the watch face to the left and tap the clocks app to choose another clock and sync. This may break the cycle.

If that doesn't break the cycle remove both the Bluetooth entries for the watch from the phone's Bluetooth.

Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone

Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on and no other Fitbit devices are switched on.

Restart the watch by holding the button for a full 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

Login and do set-up the watch and replace.

If it still fails remove the watch from the account and repeat the above process, rather tedious as it can be quite difficult to stop when it's not working right.

Thanks but I've done that - more than 5 times, it won't save any new faces, that Bitmoji face just keeps on spinning. I've done a factory re-set 3 times, followed all the instructions from the Help line & nothing will get rid of that face, it's driving me nuts!! I've spent hours messing with it!!

Hello, thanks for that info. I've left it alone for a week or so as I just don't have the time to mess with it. Just done another factory re-set, tried downloading more clock faces but it will only save the last one & the other 4 are stuck forever. The Bitmoji face won't go away, just keeps spinning & using up battery life. I have  transferred to my Google Acc

Thank you so much for that info. I did all that & thought for sure it
would work. I deleted the app, cache & settings, reset the watch etc but
when I turned it back on & re-connected everything those bloody same watch
faces were still there with the spinning bitmoji face, I give up 😩🤨🙄

@Di-Miles- thanks for trying, and your patience, odd indeed.

There is perhaps another option. If the watch is in working order, swipe the watch face to the left and tap the Clocks app and change to another clock face. Then sync the watch with the app.

This should make the new clock face the default one and you may then be able to remove Bitmoji clock with "Remove clock face". in the Gallery tile.

Note: restarting the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds retains the existing clock faces - only a full factory reset erases them. But the above should work.
