Versa won't sync / log sleep / update challenges

Just received the Versa yesterday and setup went ok but a few hours later it stopped syncing. You could hit sync manually and the taskbar said synced, but the app would show last sync several hours ago. Very frustrating that it allows false positives. 

 

It was not recording steps, sleep data, or updating challenges with info.

There was a fault with mine and is getting replaced but I’ve had a charge 2
before now the versa. I love Fitbit

It worked, thank you!  I just bought mine yesterday and it wasn't syncing today.  I hope this is a one-time issue.  Wish me luck!

Hello Martel ,
My Fitbit versa is awesome but had a fault and Fitbit has replaced my watch
and all is good now .
Contact them and they will help you
