Day 2 of not being able to sync my Versa, also the time is now running 2 1/2 hours behind.
I have done everything suggested short of removing the Versa from my account as I do not want to lose my data. Does anyone know:
#1: How long does my Fitbit hold data until it syncs?
#2: If I remove the Versa from my account, can I somehow manually log in my lost data?

ive tried everything suggested on the app, including “forget this device” in the Bluetooth section, several times.
Although on 2 occasions the app asked for a pin, which I provided, it still won’t sink my Versa to App.
Best AnswerDay 3 - since my post yesterday, my watch is now 7 1/2 behind, that is 5 lost hours in the past 24 hours. That's crazy!
I have manually entered my data - some I can't do - so I at least have some record of my activity.
