I've been having a similar issue... I setup my Versa and it will work fine for 10-15 min then it just disconnects and won't reconnect till I power cycle both phone and watch and run the setup again...

I keep having this issue and I'm tired of it. This is a $200-$300 watch and it keeps working this poorly? I use to be a big supporter of fitbit but this watch,, versa 2 has caused me to change my opinion. I think that this will be my last fitbit product unless I see some official communication about this issue, what caused and exactly what they did to fix it.

If the update keeps failing, you may need to connect your versa to a different Wifi and make sure your are close as possible to the router.... the Versa has a very limited wifi range and that could be why the update keeps failing.

Allow me to clarify things a bit... The Wi-Fi issue was in regards to the
device not updating... As for the sync issue, Despite my best efforts,
haven't found a permanent solution yet... For those of you using Android
phones, I have figured out a simple 3 step temporary solution.. 1. Go to
notification setting (on phone not in the app) and turn off notification
access for the fitbit app. 2. Go to app setting and force stop the fitbit
app and clear it from your recent list. 3. Go back and turn notification
access for fitbit back on and open the fitbit app.. If that don't work...
Clear recent list and restart phone. Tried contacting Customer Service
about the issue... Their response was, and I quote "Our technical team has
not fully tested the app for your device...so there is no guarantee it will
work" REAL Helpful bunch...

Yes, I can assure you that I have similar issues, and I've already had to have my Versa Lite replaced once. It just simply stops keeping accurate time or syncing for no particular reason. I try manually syncing, I try turning it off and on in the settings on the device -- nothing is helping. Probably need it replaced again!!
