I am freaking annoyed. Had an issue with my Versa time being completely out of sync, so I unpaired the watch and now my phone won't find the watch again! I've already talked to Fitbit support twice and they've walked me through all the troubleshooting steps and nothing worked. They said that they apparently know about this issue and that it's gonna get fixed asap. But it's been like this for a whole week now! I use my Fitbit for so many things, especially calorie tracking which has become a huge and important part of my weight loss journey, how much longer am I supposed to wait? This isn't my first major issue with Fitbit and I've only had mine for a year. Seriously thinking about switching to another company. At least a replacement should be provided but apparently even that isn't possible.

I am having the same issue with my fitbit versa. It is really aggravating. I have followed everyone's suggestions but still can't pair or sync. I keep threatening to take a hammer to it.

I'm having the same issue with my versa lite, its been like it for weeks now. I have to unpair & pair it at least 5 times a day. Then it takes ages. The time is out by anything upto an hour, especially overnight and it refuses to sync all the time. Its really frustrating as I use mine to track everything I do.

I am having the same problem with my Versa2. I was excited when it worked for about 12 hours yesterday. But when I got up at 2am this morning.it wasn't syncing again.

It literally STILL isn't fixed!! Its been so long time now! And no answer from Fitbit here in the forum or anywhere else? Do you even care about your customers at all? What is this??? I'm switching company, honestly. What a ridiculous company. Give me a replacement!!

Mine won’t synch either as of this morning. Fitbit app just says “looking”.
No other Bluetooth on.
It worked yesterday — has there been a change since the the recent iOS update?
I see no update for the Fitbit app. I’ve rebooted the phone => no change.
How do I make this synch again?

I am having the same issue.
My Fitbit kept freezing when opening the apps, so I forced shutdown and unpaired my device, but now I am unable to reconnect the device. It comes up on my Bluetooth but it won't pair/connect. It's been like it for over a week now and it's so frustrating!!!
Any advice?

I have tried everything as well with Versa 2. I restarted my Samsung phone (several times), cleared cache, unpaired Bluetooth, uninstalled the phone app, restarted Versa 2 (until logo displayed), etc., etc. Long story made short, Bluetooth on Samsung can NOT locate Versa 2 when I try to pair. Then the Fitbit PHONE app tries in vain to pair but after 10 minutes, it fails 😠 I am not willing to do a factory reset and lose all my data.😩
I am able to sync with the Fitbit desktop app (Windows 10) after I enabled WiFi setup but that's not a solution!
I just install the Fitbit app on another Samsung phone and it will not "pair & link" at all so the problem is definitely with the Fitbit upgrade or app.

I did a factory reset and even that didn't work. It's absolutely ridiculous. This has been going on for so long now.

I think it has to do with the most recent Apple OS update. Mine was ok until that happened, and now is a worthless accessory. Wont even tell time.

This is a massive issue, as I am having the same issue as well. I have to literally get my fitbit to try and sync all the time. I have my fitbit on other devices just my Samsung phone. The time is out which is really annoying and bad as I use my fitbit alarm for medication reminds which means I am late taking medication which is really not good. Fitbit needs to sort the problem ASAP

Mine started doing this last month. I put it away for a couple of weeks and got it out yesterday and charged it. It was “ found” immediately but within a few minutes was unpaired and couldn’t be found. We’ve done the factory reset and everything. My son even tried setting it up on his phone that’s a different brand than mine and still wouldn’t pair up. My watch is less than 6 months old. Got out my old Fitbit charge and it’s working just fine. I think there must be some flaw with the Versa Lite. Target has Apple watches on sale.

I have done all the same things. It will sync with my tablet not my phone. And I don't care my tablet around with me all day when I actually use my FitBit app! Frustrating!

I don't think they do care. They've already gotten our money. I certainly won't buy another one.

IT IS STILL NOT FIXED!! Its been two weeks and still no update from fitbit whatsoever! Are you kidding me? I'm really starting to get upset. This should be their priority and they're doing nothing 😡😡
