Have tried everything. Turning phone on and off. Bluetooth on and off. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. App says it's connected but doesn't show up in the device section of app. Phone is up-to-date. Everything is up-to-date mad charged.
What's the go? Bought the watch this morning. I am so annoyed.

Actual issue is that your phone is officially not supported by fitbit devices you can further check out HERE. Try using your WINDOWS 10 laptop or MACBOOK. It will work smoothly if everything is fine.
