My Versa has always had problems syncing with my Windows 10 PC but the problem seems to be getting worse. Why can't Fitbit come up with a fix for the problem? Because it has such a problem my weekly status reports are always way off. They indicate that on some days I did no steps or very few but I wear my Versa all the time. My iPad has no problem syncing and is always accurate with my status.

My Versa has had problems syncing with my Windows 10 PC since day one. I end up resetting my Versa a few times and stopping and staring Windows 10 before it finally syncs. Not sure why Fitbit and Microsoft can't get together and solve this issue? It seems like if they talked and worked together a fix should be easy to come up with.
