Versa won't sync to my iOS device

My versa is having issues syncing to my device. I have troubleshooted but I am still having the same issue. It loads half way and never finishes. I’ve tried deleting from my phone and repairing and also restarting my Fitbit. Both my apple phone and Fitbit versa are up to date. Please help because I use my app and Fitbit everyday and would like to start using it again.

I have an iPhone X and it is up to date with the latest iOS. Shouldn’t be the problem. Now I can’t even get my Fitbit to pair with my phone via Bluetooth. I deleted the device from my phone in the settings like one of the troubleshoot steps said. I also noticed my time is 30 min off on my Fitbit.

My versa lite was 30 minutes behind then after doing a factory reset on the watch my watch is now 1 hour 45 minutes behind until I sync the watch to the phone, so I wouldn’t recommend a factory reset 🤦‍:male_sign:

i’m posting this here hoping that this gets enough attention so Fitbit can look into what’s going on
