I got a new versa for Christmas and have been struggling to set it up since Christmas morning. I tried all the troubleshooting, the restarting, the Bluetooth turn off, and anything else you can try. It seems to be adding to my account and syncing but then it just disappears and is nowhere to be found. Is it just a bad watch and I need to send it in for a new one? I appreciate any and all answers.
